What is your delivery and refund policy?
Delivery: All orders are carefully packed and shipped with trusted courier partners. A tracking link will be shared once the product is dispatched.
Cancellation & Refund:
Once the product is dispatched, no cancellation or refund is possible due to the nature of our products (essential oils and perfumes).
Cancellations are allowed only before the item is shipped.
Refunds will be processed after deducting standard shipping charges.
Coupon codes or free shipping offers availed will not be considered during refund calculation.
Can I return or exchange a product after delivery?
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please email info@ezenz.store within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Some oils may not be suitable for children or pets. Always consult a healthcare professional or veterinarian before using them and avoid direct skin application or inhalation by infants or animals.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
