Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to EZENZ Store (Neoveda).
We take pride in offering high-quality Essential Oils, Perfumes, Nutraceuticals, Wellness Products, Aromatherapy and related products, Fancy Items, and Handicrafts.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are only permitted on the same day of purchase.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation requests made after shipment or dispatch will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a minimum of 7 business days.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Essential oils, perfumes, and aromatherapy blends once opened.
  • Nutraceutical and wellness products.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Intimate or personal care products.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Items damaged after delivery or without original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@ezenz.store and send the product to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address above.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
EZENZ Store is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
